OUR VISION

A world where people can navigate complexity together through shared understanding, meaningful relationships, and collective action.

We believe that meaningful change begins with a shared perspective. By fostering collaborative learning environments, we enable communities to deconstruct complex systems and co-create sustainable solutions for a resilient future.

Making sense of complexity, together

OUR STORY

Cultivating Collective Consciousness

We started with an intention to help local communities tackle environmental challenges. Today, we expand toward strengthening socio-ecology and local economies through informal learning. We design collaborative learning spaces and processes that enable people, organisations, and communities to make sense of complex situations, build shared understanding, and act together.

Group explores systems thinking in informal learning outdoors.

The Method

Building Collective
Intelligence

Our work is based on informal and collaborative learning approaches that are embedded in real-world contexts.

Rather than separating “learning” from “doing”, we create spaces where reflection, dialogue, and action happen together. This allows groups to learn through their own situations, rather than abstract models alone.

Depending on the context, this can take the form of short alignment processes, longer learning journeys, or ongoing strategic collaboration.

OUR CONSCIOUS CONNECTOR

Kai

Kai holds a Bachelor in Industrial Design from Chulalongkorn University and a Master in Sustainability in Fashion and Creative Industries from Akademie Mode & Design.

Before coconscious, she spent years embedded in global retail and service operations, working closely across teams, systems, and supply chains. But sustainability and doing things responsibly were always the thread running through everything, even long before it became her focus.

Then something shifted. She found herself drawn to the social side of design. How learning experiences bring communities closer. How informal learning helps people tackle everyday climate challenges. How local knowledge can be at the heart of what we build, not just at the receiving end of it.

She founded coconscious because she believes that communities grow strongest when learning is practical, hands-on, and rooted in real life. By bringing together her knowledge, connections, and professional experience, she hopes to help unlock what people and communities are already capable of.

Today, her dream team is made up of like-minded associates and local partners who share the same belief, that better living conditions and healthier ecosystems are worth working toward together.
